Welcome to Charbonneau
I really enjoy helping folks buy and sell their homes in Charbonneau, and I still think it's one of the areas most captivating communities in Oregon. Sure it’s a golf community, but what keeps the community vibrant is harder to put in a brochure: it’s in a gorgeous spot in the Willamette Valley (think vineyards) shouldering the river, it has the rhythm where neighbors actually know each other, and the rare mix of a comfortable resort with lots of amenities — all within twenty-five minutes from the city. With over 1,600 homes — from single-family to condos, townhomes to apartments — there’s a place here for everyone. I’d love to show you the Charbonneau that glossy brochures don’t.

THE HONEST TAKE
Charbonneau could be considered a commuter community by some. Its draw is amenity-rich, resort-style living with direct freeway access, and the tradeoff is congestion at peak hours through Wilsonville.
